Your Role As a key member of DLi’s Workforce Rostering Team, this position plays a crucial role in ensuring that clients receive consistent, high-quality support by delivering efficient and well-planned rosters that meet individual needs and funding requirements. Working collaboratively with Frontline Managers and Team Leaders, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining accurate rosters across our Supported Independent Living (SIL), Social and Community Participation (SCP), and other service programs. You’ll take a proactive approach to shift coverage, problem solving, and continuous improvement—ensuring every client has the right support, from the right person, at the right time.
