About the Role

As an SCP Support Worker, you will support clients to access the community, build social skills, develop independence, and engage in meaningful activities. This may include attending appointments, recreational outings, skill‑building sessions, or supporting clients to participate in community life.

You will:

  • Build rapport quickly and communicate clearly
  • Support clients to achieve their personal goals
  • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
  • Work confidently with clients with diverse needs, including behavioural or mental health considerations

Your Availability

Short shifts are ideal for people seeking flexible work, students, or those looking to supplement existing hours.

SCP shifts are often shorter in duration, typically 2 hours, and may include evening times such as 6:00pm–8:00pm. In saying this, there are still longer SCP shifts on offer.

Please only apply if you are comfortable working shorter shifts, as these make up a significant portion of our SCP roster.

We offer casual shifts across a 7‑day roster, with work offered on an as‑needs basis across Adelaide Metro.
