Centre Based Group Supports and Community Based Individual Supports

Amazing leadership opportunity within the Disability Sector. Lead something that matters — and a team that's passionate about it!

Your Role

As Team Leader – Social and Community Participation, you'll be at the helm of one of DLi's most valued programs — overseeing service delivery and leading the people, resources, and day-to-day operations that make it all happen.

You'll lead a team of dedicated support workers delivering services across both community settings and our centre-based program, including our Windsor Gardens site. At DLi, we invest in our people. You'll receive ongoing training and professional development, a competitive salary, and access to salary sacrificing of up to $15,899 annually. You'll be joining us at an exciting point in our growth, and most importantly, you'll be doing work where you can see the difference you're making, every single day.

DLi is an Equal Opportunity Employer with a diverse workforce. We are committed to improving and sustaining employment outcomes for people from diverse backgrounds. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people from different cultural backgrounds, and people with disability are warmly encouraged to apply.

About Us

For more than 40 years, DLi has been walking alongside South Australians living with disability — helping them live the life they choose. We're a leading provider of disability support services in South Australia, and we're proud of what we've built: a team that genuinely cares, services that make a real difference, and a culture that puts people first.

From Supported Independent Living and In-Home Support to Short and Medium-Term Accommodation and Social and Community Participation programs, we show up every day with knowledge, experience, and real enthusiasm for what we do.
