House Coordinator - Flinders Park (Female Only)
Part Time - 45+ Hours/fortnight

Position Details

The House Coordinator is a house leadership role overseeing daily operations at their designated Supported Independent Living (SIL) home. Due to the client's support requirements at this House, this role is open to female applicants only. You'll supervise Community Support Workers, ensure high-quality client outcomes and maintain NDIS compliance — all while being the go-to person for staff and a trusted presence for clients, their families and key stakeholders.

 

As House Coordinator, you'll be central to making that a reality — leading by example, inspiring your team and keeping client health, wellbeing and person-centred support at the heart of everything you do. You'll maintain accurate client records, coach your team and drive a consistent culture of quality care.

 

This role reports directly to the Client Services Manager.

 

Your Availability

This role is a shift worker position, requiring flexibility across a 24/7 roster, including evenings, weekends, public holidays and overnight sleepovers.

 

Role Requirements

  • Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Manual Handling certificate
  • Medication Administration
  • NDIS Quality, Safety and You Certificate
  • Full Australian Driver's Licence
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to person-centred care and human rights principles
