Client Services Manager - SIL
Full Time - Stepney Location

What's in it for you?

  • This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role and make a genuine impact across multiple house streams in the disability sector.
  • You'll have the autonomy to shape service delivery, grow DLi's SIL portfolio, and lead a talented, dedicated team.
  • Salary packaging up to $15,900 per year.
  • Some flexibility for family commitments and occasional ad-hoc work from home.
  • At DLi, our approach is simple — "How can we make that happen for you?" Everything we do starts with our clients, and as Client Services Manager, you'll be empowered to champion that mindset across every level of the organisation.

Position Details

The Client Services Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing operational delivery across DLi's service streams, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Home and Living Supports, and Specialist Supports.

You'll lead both the Client Services delivery team and the Client Engagement team, ensuring a seamless journey from first enquiry through to ongoing, high-quality service delivery. At DLi, we believe in delivering regular and consistent services, in a regular and consistent manner, by regular and consistent staff — and as Client Services Manager, you'll be at the helm of making that a reality.

This role combines people leadership, operational oversight, client intake and business development — playing a key part in growing and strengthening DLi's service portfolio through quality client experience, sustainable service design and NDIS compliance. DLi's leadership framework is built around the CADS model — Coach, Advise, Develop, Support — and this will be central to how you lead your team.

This role reports directly to the Senior Manager Client Services — SIL.

Your Availability

This is a full-time salaried position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. A degree of flexibility is required, including the ability to work outside regular business hours, participate in the on-call roster, and travel across DLi sites and external events as needed.

Role Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in disability, allied health, developmental education or a related field — or demonstrated senior management experience in the disability sector
  • Qualifications in Business, Leadership or equivalent operational leadership experience
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within disability, human services or community programs
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS, including funding models, quoting, Service Agreements and Roster of Care
  • Demonstrated commitment to the CADS leadership model (Coach, Advise, Develop, Support)
  • Financial and operational acumen, including budget development and management
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR
  • NDIS Quality, Safety and You Certificate
  • Full Australian Driver's Licence
  • Right to work in Australia
  • High-level communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Commitment to human rights, person-centred care and co-design principles
