Your Role

You'll play a crucial part in ensuring our clients receive the care they deserve by providing flexible, accurate, and timely allocation of resources. Your keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills will help identify staffing needs and communicate them to our Workforce Planning team. With your passion for continuous improvement and high-level time management, you'll ensure every client gets the service they need right when they need it.

 

Your ability to work collaboratively and tailor your approach to individual needs will set you apart. You'll quickly build rapport with clients and their families, thanks to your clear and effective communication skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for managing schedules and solving problems, we’d love to have you on our team.

 

Role Requirements

  • A Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Evidence of right to work in Australia
  • Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Completion of the NDIS Quality, Safety & You Orientation Module
  • Occasional after hours and weekend work may be required
