Your Role As our Client Engagement Consultant, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable guide who assists individuals, families, and representatives through the onboarding process. You'll help tailor supports, develop service quotes, and ensure our clients feel empowered, valued, and confident in choosing DLi. You’ll collaborate with service delivery teams, engage with clients to understand their needs, and create seamless, person-centred support solutions. Your role is all about building relationships, ensuring a smooth transition into our services, and maintaining strong networks within the disability sector. Your Experience and Role Requirements - A Cert IV in Disability/Community Services or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge of the NDIS framework, funding, and service guidelines
- Practical experience in developing Service Agreements, Schedules of Support, and Rosters of Care
- Excellent communication skills—whether it’s advocating, resolving conflicts, or negotiating
- A passion for person-centred support and helping people achieve their goals
- A knack for problem-solving, multitasking, and building positive relationships
- Tech-savvy—familiar with PRODA, Microsoft Suite, and Lumary CRM
- NDIS Quality, Safety & You Certificate
- Valid Driver’s License—and willingness to travel as required
- A strong understanding of NDIS legislation, compliance, and safeguarding
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and client advocacy
