Your Role You will provide a broad range of ICT support services including end-user assistance, systems administration, equipment management, and support for ICT projects. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, managing helpdesk queries, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of ICT systems across multiple sites. Working closely within a small team, you'll collaborate with colleagues to maintain reliable systems, deliver efficient service, and contribute to projects that enhance the organisation's ICT capability. Your Experience We are looking for someone who has minimum 3 years' experience in an ICT/ Helpdesk role. You will bring a balance of technical knowledge, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills. You’ll be approachable, adaptable, and motivated to provide efficient, people-focused ICT support. To be successful, you’ll demonstrate: Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. A collaborative approach with the resilience to manage change. Trustworthiness, reliability and initiative. - A genuine commitment to human rights principles and person-centred approaches in supporting people with disabilities.
Role Requirements - Triage ICT helpdesk issues based on business impact and escalate where required.
Provide end-user support with a strong focus on internal customer service. Troubleshoot on-site ICT issues across multiple organisational locations. Administer user accounts across various business applications. Maintain ICT records, including equipment registers and telco information. Assist with system upgrades, testing, and licence renewals. Support the rollout of new ICT systems and related projects. Assist in delivering ICT and systems training to staff and developing user guides. Contribute to the administration of security settings and network configurations.
